Santa Barbara Vintners Festival Early Bird Giveaway – Official Rules

Purchase your tickets to the Santa Barbara Vintners Festival by May 31, 2026 and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a complimentary case of Santa Barbara County wine, or a Tour and Tasting for Six at Folded Hills Winery.

Winners will be selected at random and notified via DM/email.

Open to legal U.S. residents age 21+. Age will be verified at time of prize pickup

Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by the Santa Barbara County Vintners Association (“Sponsor”), P.O. Box 1059, Buellton, CA 93427.

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to win.

Giveaway Period
Eligible entries must be received between 3/30/26 at 11:59PM and 5/31/26 at 11:59PM (“Giveaway Period”).

How to Enter
Individuals who purchase tickets to the Santa Barbara Vintners Festival during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a complimentary case of Santa Barbara County wine.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Case of wine: $624, Folded Hills Experience: Market Price

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on 6/1/26  from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message using the contact information associated with the ticket purchase. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Alcohol Restrictions
Winner must present valid government-issued identification verifying age of 21 years or older at time of prize pickup.

Prize wine must be picked up in California and awarded in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Release
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
