Join us for the Saturday morning Santa Barbara Wine Seminar at the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott, just minutes from the Festival Grand Tasting at River View Park in Buellton. The tasting seminar, moderated by noted wine writer Elaine Brown, will feature an in-depth exploration and tasting of new release wines as showcased by a panel of six Santa Barbara County wine producers. New this year is a rustic lunch buffet with the moderator and panelists immediately following the seminar.

Moderator, Elaine Brown
Elaine C Brown serves as the American Specialist for JancisRobinson.com, and is a contributing writer to Wine & Spirits. Her work is regularly featured in The World of Fine Wine, and appears in Men’s Health, San Francisco Magazine, and the 4th edition of The Oxford Companion to Wine. Elaine is known for creating illustrated tasting notes, which have been described by @KermitLynchWine as “a new standard in wine reviews.” Her work on her own website, WakawakaWineReviews.com, has been consistently rated among the world’s top wine blogs, recommended by Food & Wine Magazine, The New York Times, LA Times, Saveur Magazine, The Washington Post and The Portland Times. Prior to her career in wine, Elaine was Dartmouth College's Charles A. Eastman Fellow, a Tomlinson Fellow at McGill University, and a philosophy professor at Northern Arizona University.
